INSURANCE
Account Billing
We are more than happy to bill both your primary and secondary insurance
carriers provided they are contracted with us to do so. But ultimately
you are financially responsible for any outstanding balances after
insurance payments.
Co-Pays
We are required to collect all co-pays at the time of service and,
by law, are unable to write-off a co-pay.
Insurance Cards
Please bring your most current insurance card at the time of service
as this information needs to be updated to provide you with the
most efficient billing service. Your current insurance card will
indicate your co-pay, if any.
Special Arrangements
If, for whatever reason, you are experiencing financial difficulties,
please let us know of your circumstances so we can accommodate your
needs. At the physician’s discretion, patients have been and
will continue to be seen on a no-fee basis. Special financial arrangements
can be made on a case by case basis. All arrangements must be pre-approved
by the physician and the accounts manager.

We participate with most non-managed care/non-capitated insurance
plans. The list below is the most current – but if your plan
is not included, please call us. We will be glad to answer any questions.
