We are here for you, either during normal office hours or by phone. You also may find the information you need on our Patient Portal.

Appointments

Richmond Pediatrics is open by appointment only. We do not offer walk-in appointments. Same-day appointments are available for urgent care, provided you call at least two hours before closing. Please see our Appointment Policy for more details.

Phone and Online Advice

Our nurses are available to answer your medical questions during regular office hours at (206) 546-2421, Ext. 4. If not available immediately, please leave a message, and they will return your call.

If a non-emergency medical problem arises after routine office hours, call our office at: (206) 546-2421 and press 8 and you will be connected to Sound Consulting Nurses.  Please note that there is an $18.00 charge for each call to the Nurse Triage Team.

You may also send us questions via our Patient Portal. Please note that we monitor emails received from the Patient Portal during office hours only.

There is no charge for advice given by our clinic nurses.
